Elisse is a certified coach and the founder of Upswing Coaching, where she helps people find their footing during life's biggest transitions: career changes, empty nests, loss, and the moments in between. She holds a master's in counseling psychology and spent years working as a writer and editor before becoming a coach, and wanted a brand that felt as steady and hopeful as the work she does with clients.

The Brand Identity

Eyelevel Design built the logo around a tree with a swing hanging from one of its branches. The tree grows upward and outward, picturing the forward motion of coaching, while its leaves shift from a deeper green near the trunk to a lighter, brighter green toward the branches, standing in for the slow, natural way people move through change. From there, the identity expanded into a full set of custom illustrations for the website: colorful, metaphorical graphics of growth, milestones, and blossoming that echo the same story in different forms throughout the site. Eyelevel Design also designed the website itself, bringing the logo, illustrations, and layout together into one cohesive experience that's warm, natural, and steady, one that meets clients wherever they happen to be.
