As Lead Designer for Media.Monks' "A Practical Guide to Inclusive Marketing," we spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive digital resource that's reshaping how marketers approach inclusive campaigns. This labor of love initiative combines strategic design thinking with hands-on creative direction to make inclusive marketing accessible and actionable.

Recognizing a critical gap in the industry—the lack of a comprehensive resource for inclusive marketing—our small volunteer team at Media.Monks set out to create one. As co-lead on this passion project, I contributed to design, production, writing, and doodling while providing strategic insights throughout development.

Our dedicated team transformed our collective expertise into an accessible digital guide for marketers. The site organizes inclusive marketing principles through an intuitive visual system, featuring dynamic interactions and custom illustrations that make complex concepts approachable.

Impact
This website resonated strongly within the industry, attracting new client opportunities and recognition from organizations like the Association of National Advertisers. While the original site is currently being migrated, the content remains available via static pages and web archives, continuing to serve as a valuable resource for marketing professionals.
